MULTI-SKLAD Project (2015 - 2016).

The results:

• organized 28 half-day care stay for children with complex communication needs in Zagreb and 28 in Slavonski Brod;
• organized 18 workshops based on a multidisciplinary approach in Zagreb and 18 in Slavonski Brod;
• provided 24 ad hoc services in the city of Zagreb, Bjelovar and Slavonski Brod;
• 30 parents (target group members) built their own capacities in order to increase employment opportunities.
